‘Tribhuvan Mishra CA Topper’ Cast And Character Guide

Tribhuvan Mishra: CA Topper is a brand-new adult comedy that is about a government officer who has no option but to get into the world of solicitation discreetly and earning quick money out of it. Since he has entered this world without anyone knowing about it, including his family, people he knew and loved needed to be kept away from kept away to make sure his secret is not exposed. There are plenty of characters that become obstacles for him as he begins working as a male prostitute. The show is a Netflix India original, released on July 18, 2024.

Tribhuvan Mishra

Manav Kaul as Tribhuvan Mishra, is a CA Topper by qualification and currently works as a government officer. There is sincerity about him, which everyone likes, and he is known to be a clean person who refuses to take bribes from rich people. Tribhuvan and his wife Ashoklata are leading a happy life, and he is constantly praised by her for being gentle with her in bed. He takes pride in making her happy, while there are women out there who are not physically gratified by their marriage. 

Tribhuvan is the kind of person who is willing to do anything to keep Ashoklata happy, a quality she finds endearing as well. Bad times hit him and his family, and Tribhuvan runs out of options to sustain himself and his family financially. As a man who is ridiculed for being someone who has no other quality but his honesty, he comes up with a plan to become a male prostitute to bring in some extra income for the family. He believes this is the only extra skill he can use, and there is no other way out. On his way to becoming a good service provider, he takes the help of a seasoned man named Vineet Kumar, who gives him rules to follow. Tribhuvan, following the notes given by Vineet, goes from being a novice to someone who is in demand. Just like he is to Ashoklata, he is the same with every woman he provides services to, and this leads to him meeting a woman who is the wife of a local gangster. Ever since he entered the world of sex work, his perspective on how to pleasure women changes and his idea of a good experience only gets better. Tribhuvan wants to stay out of trouble, but unfortunately, it keeps following him.

Shubham Pathak

Sumit Gulati, as Shubham Pathak, is Tribhuvan Mishra’s brother-in-law who comes across as street smart. He and his wife are constantly finding ways to earn extra income for the family, and there is a goal set in their lives. Unlike Tribhuvan, Shubham is a man who looks for loopholes in his line of work for the express purpose of gaining more money to sustain himself. As an insurance salesman, he has sold lies to his companies about his clients. The man and his wife are liars, and they expect Tribhuvan to be the same. Shubham never intends to help anyone with the money he earns, and he has a partner who constantly berates his family. Shubham Pathak is the antithesis of Tribhuvan Mishra right from the start. 

Shobha Pathak

Shweta Prasad Shobha Pathak is the wife of Shubham. Both are very alike, and she plans to do anything she can to bring extra income to their family. They don’t have children, but her greed for money makes her want to pursue many ventures. She cannot be considered a bad person because everyone strives for money, her way of seeking it just happens to be twisted, just like her husband’s. 

Shobha and Shubham reach an awkward point involving Tribhuvan, which makes them want to help the man whose problem has only gotten worse since he joined the business of prostitution. The family, which in the past was not willing to help Tribhuvan, suddenly came forward, only to realize things might get murky eventually. 

Teeka Ram Jain

Shubhrajyoti Barat as Teeka Ram Jain, is a man who has multiple skills. He is a famous confectioner in Noida who runs a popular sweet shop. With this business as his front, he is a gangster who carries out murder and kidnapping on demand. Teeka Ram Jain only finds discontentment in his wife, who he feels always lives in the land of fantasy, as she is enamored by Bollywood heroes. 

Teeka Ram is an emotionally abusive husband who is not aware of the pain he is causing his wife. He is a traditionalist man who believes his role as a husband is to financially provide for his family. This led to constant bickering between him and his wife, Bindi, and she distanced herself from him and eventually gave up expecting an intimacy from him. Things change when he learns of his wife’s infidelity, and he wonders if he should woo his wife to get her back. Teeka Ram Jain also, on the other hand, wants to confront the man who could pleasure Bindi better than him and make her smile. This slap to his ego may change things for him. 

Bindi Jain

The excellent Tilottima Shome as Bindi Jain is the emotionally distressed and romance-seeking wife of Teeka Ram Jain, who never finds the time to appreciate her or take care of her needs. As a wife, she tries hard to get him interested in her, but the man’s idealist thought process of what a husband should be makes her look for other avenues. She meets Tribhuvan Mishra, aka CA Topper, and finds herself attracted to him as he listens to her every need inside and outside of the bed. She never has a dearth of money, but only a lack of emotional and physical affection forced her to seek validation outside her home. 

Bindi is a naïve woman who is brainwashed to believe the only way to be content in her life is to marry a rich man, and the money will give her access to unimaginable luxuries. Bindi finds herself attracted to Tribhuvan since he is the only man who seems to have heard her and made her fantasies come true, which should have been the job of her husband. Bindi is smart but gullible who is seeking some sort of mental and physical satisfaction. 

Ashoklata Mishra

Naina Sareen, as Ashoklata Mishra, is loving, trusting, and always appreciating her husband for all the hard work he does. Herself and Tribhuvan Mishra have great chemistry in bed, which made him wonder if he could make money out of it. Ashoklata, however, is also the kind of person who would come across as naïve, as she never questioned anything when things had certainly changed the dynamics between her and Tribhuvan Mishra. Only time will tell if she is made aware of her husband’s new side business, which is bringing in a lot of income. 

Dhaincha

Ashok Pathak is Dhaincha, the henchman who works for Teeka Ram Jain. The man is extremely loyal and helps his boss run the mafia with the help of Luppu, his partner in crime. Dhaincha and Luppu have been inseparable for the longest time as men who are willing to commit all sorts of crimes for Teeka Ram and become workers at his sweet shop as well. Things go south when Luppu is killed and Dhaincha is inconsolable. His grief is tested, and he wants to take revenge on the person who killed the only person who mattered to him the most. 

Vineet Kumar

Jitin Gulati is Vineet Kumar, the professional male prostitute who helps Tribhuvan get rid of his anxiety and offers tips on how to pleasure women who come to him as clients. Tribhuvan and Vineet eventually became friends. Vineet comes across as a nice man who feels Tribhuvan is in dire need of money. Vineet turns out to be a gym instructor who is also involved in sex work, as it brings him a lot more money. Things go south for him as well when he learns that police officer Haider Ali, who is investigating the murder of Luppu, is his client, and the man has no idea how to get away from the mess caused by Tribhuvan. Legally, the work Vineet and Tribhuvan do is off the books. Vineet especially only wanted to earn some extra income, and things didn’t look right for him ever since Tribhuvan entered his life.
