That is why OG Mr. Wolf comes up with a daring plan about doing a Halloween heist at Reginald E. Scary’s creepy mansion, as their target is to steal the priceless Crescent Amulet. But if one believes the legend, no ordinary being can steal the amulet. So the question here is: Will the Bad Guys be able to pull off this legendary heist, or will the haunted mansion be too much even for them? Time to find out!

Spoilers Ahead

Did the Bad Guys’ crew successfully steal the amulet?

The Bad Guys had terrorized the city for a long time as they had always tried to prove themselves to be the ultimate criminals. So when Mr. Wolf targeted Reginald E. Scary’s mansion for a Halloween heist, it all seemed like the perfect plan. But even though these guys were masters at stealing, they had no idea how to deal with ghosts. After all, even science can’t explain whether ghosts are real or not, and these guys are mere thieves. Anyway, the story goes that Reginald was once a major crime lord and was known for stealing legendary treasures from all over the world, among which his most prized possession was the Crescent Amulet, and it was said to be so special that even croissants were shaped after it! Reginald loved the amulet so much that he spread rumors about Reginald’s mansion being haunted to keep thieves away and claimed that anyone who tried to steal the amulet would be haunted by his ghost forever.  Even though there were all these warnings, Mr. Wolf was convinced this would be the heist that would make them legends. But the rest of the crew? They weren’t so sure. The crew was naturally spooked because scaring kids on Halloween seemed a lot safer than going up against real ghosts. Also, they had heard rumors that another crime crew named the Westside Wallabies had tried to rob the place but they got so scared that they had to skip town.

Still, Mr. Wolf believed in his team, and eventually, he convinced them to go for the heist. When they reached the mansion, they knew it would be difficult to break into, so Mr. Wolf tried to shoot the lock, but before he could, the gates opened by themselves, and that creepy moment was enough to give them a sign that they had to prepare for the worst. They remembered hearing that the amulet was hidden in a crypt, so Mr. Shark had an idea, as he remembered that he had had to use music to solve a problem during their jazz heist, so he figured the piano in the mansion’s living room might help, and he was right because when he played it, a secret tunnel opened up! But as the crew moved toward the tunnel, a giant robot warrior appeared out of nowhere to attack them like a ghost. But, Mr. Wolf quickly shut it down, and that’s when they realized the truth: the mansion wasn’t haunted by ghosts really, but Reginald had filled the place with high-tech gadgets to scare off intruders, and people mistook them for ghosts! Finally, they made their way to the crypt and saw the Crescent Amulet under a glass cover. They expected something terrible to happen when they grabbed it, like maybe they would be attacked by warriors, or Reginald’s legendary ghost or something, but nothing like that happened.. It was almost too easy, and just like that in the end, they successfully pulled off the heist.

Why did they go back to Reginald’s mansion again?

After the successful heist, where the crew was over the moon celebrating their success, Mr. Wolf couldn’t sleep, because every time he tried to close his eyes, he kept hearing the eerie sound of the piano from Reginald’s mansion or saw terrifying nightmares after he came from the mansion. Naturally, he started to get really freaked out, especially because the rest of the crew seemed totally fine. So when they went about their day without any issues, Mr. Wolf started to wonder if maybe the stories were true and that maybe Reginald’s ghost did possess him. Things got worse when they realized Mr. Piranha was missing and Mr. Wolf started to fear that Reginald’s ghost had taken him as a payback and that they might be in real danger. Mr. Wolf was determined to save their friend, so he led the crew back to the mansion. As soon as they entered, they saw something that terrified them all, Mr. Piranha’s ghost floating around! That’s when Mr. Wolf started to think that maybe this heist had been a bad idea and he began to regret everything and thought about returning the amulet to save his crew. But it was already too late as Reginald’s ghost started to turn the rest of the crew into ghosts, until Mr. Wolf was the only one left. Wolf was naturally terrified, and he requested Reginald’s ghost to bring his friends back to normal and even offered to sacrifice himself to do that. Hearing this, the crew thought maybe this was enough and revealed that nothing really happened, it was all part of the prank as they wanted to trick Wolf. Since Wolf always liked to scare and outsmart them to prove that he was smarter than the rest, the crew decided to get him back. They planted speakers around his house to play the piano music, gave him special VR sunglasses to make everything look spooky, and used CGI holograms to fake the ghosts’ appearances, basically, they had fooled him big time! But Wolf was happy thinking he didn’t have to return the amulet, so he laughed it off, and to show that he was such a sport Wolf even put on the Crescent Amulet.

But here’s the thing, Mr. Wolf can’t be fooled by anyone as he is always one step ahead and knows exactly how to outsmart the crew. So, just as he put on the amulet and seemed to turn into ashes, the crew was terrified, only to realize Mr. Wolf had outplayed them! Basically, he had figured out their plan to prank him long before, and only then had Wolf decided to give them a taste of their own medicine, and the whole “turning into ashes” bit was just a fake CGI hologram Wolf set up to scare them back. So, Wolf scared them with a proper Halloween scare and in the end, they all headed off together to both celebrate their successful heist and leave their prank battle behind them.
