Naga And Rana’s Relationship

It is established from the beginning that Rana and Naga cannot see each other eye-to-eye. Rana more than his father. Rana is not ready to forget the hardships he and his brothers faced growing up in Hyderabad, where Naga spent a lot of time running behind women. He did not bother to take care of his ailing wife and spent all their childhood wasting away his life. Tej’s early onset of Parkinson’s disease and Jaffa’s deteriorating mental condition in their childhoods were caused by Naga as well. Even though Tej and Jaffa are ready to accommodate their father, Rana is not ready to forgive him for his misdeeds from the past. Naga is trying to establish emotional contact with Rana, but he seems to drift away in hatred. This relationship is beyond repair, and unless a miracle takes place, Rana is in no mood to let go of his father that easily and bring him into their lives. Naga claims he did not kill the girl, for whose death he was wrongly accused and sent to jail. There is no one ready to believe him, and Rana is in no mood to entertain his father’s claims on this matter. Rana, Prince, and OB, in the same matter, are trying to hide something about the same incident that happened more than a decade ago, and Rana is hoping to keep his father Naga at bay.

Naga, though, wants to reestablish his relationship with his daughter-in-law and his grandchildren, and Naina allows him to do so. They form a bond, and Naga starts having a conversation about a daughter named Nitya he had. Rana’s kids did not know about her, and the fact that his older kid was named after his sister is brand new information for the children. Naga starts forming a friendly bond with the kids and Naina, and Naina keeps Rana in the dark about this meeting. Naina is aware of how Rana would react, but she wants the kids to have a relationship with their grandfather. This would mean she has a say in the family and also has the right to make decisions. Naina was a former actress in Telugu films when she decided to quit the industry to marry Rana and have a family. Rana and Naina are happy and content, but Naina goes two steps ahead and invites the one man Rana loathes, his father, into their home. Nitya and Anirudh are happy to be in touch with their grandfather, and they hope he stays longer for them to understand their family history and dynamics.

Nitya’s New Friend

Nitya, on the other hand, initially has friction with their neighbor, who is a musician, but it turns out the musician Toofan is mentoring a young boy named Rehaan, who will help him churn out better music. Nitya is not impressed by the noise and the music initially, but soon Rehaan and her form a friendship over flirting from across the balconies of their homes. Rehaan turns out to be a decent boy, and he starts understanding Nitya as well. He opens up about his past to Nitya, after which she sympathizes with him. Nitya is happy to have formed a friendship with a boy of her age, and they can speak about basically everything that bothers them at this age. She finds comfort in the fact that she can probably help Rehaan if he asks for it, and they soon try to spend time with each other. Rehaan, though, reveals that Toofan rescued him because his mother is a drug addict and she never took care of him. But soon, when she gains consciousness, she attacks Toofan in every place possible, claiming he kidnapped her child. Nitya suggests he approach her father because she knows he is the only person who can find a solution to his problem. Rehaan and Toofan would be more than happy to approach Rana, but Rehaan loves his mother, and he wouldn’t want anything to happen to her, especially when Rana gets involved.

Why Does Jaffa Accept The Money From The Ashram? How Does Rana Help His Oldest Client, Prince Reddy?

OB Mahajan ends up having a meltdown during a public rally in the run-up to the elections, and everyone wonders if he is up to taking up the seat in this condition, which is now in the public eye for everyone to see. Rana starts wondering if OB has amnesia or severe anxiety. OB’s not willing to get himself treated, but Rana senses his deteriorating health, and such public outbursts will not serve anyone well in the long run. Rana confronts his wife for letting their kids mingle with Naga, and he threatens his father into staying away from his family. Naina seems to see the changed Naga, but Rana, at any cost, cannot believe his father and makes sure Nitya and Anirudh stay far away from him.

Naga has a conversation with Jaffa about the compensation money that the Ashram is willing to give. Jaffa, though, does not want to take the money, but his father convinces him to take it because he can buy anything he wants with it. Jaffa is carried away by what his father says and agrees to take the money. On reaching the said hotel, though Jaffa agrees to the terms set out by the Ashram about talking about the incident, Jaffa has a meltdown and confronts them about the life he was supposed to have that has gone for a toss since the assault. Jaffa, since the assault on him, has not been able to live on his own and since then has remained dependent on his siblings for everything. Tej and Rana are always ready to help, but Jaffa craves being independent of the trauma he has grown up with. He wants to stand on his feet and get rid of the trauma that ruined not only his childhood but his adult life as well. Jaffa, though he takes the money, makes sure to make his point clear about the dreadful life he has led since the assault. The men from the Ashram choose to ignore his words and the pain and are glad to have gotten rid of him. Jaffa’s only intention in taking the money was to be able to live the way he wanted and on his terms. Jaffa is far from okay after the traumatic childhood he has led, but slowly he is working towards healing and probably, through therapy, leading a better life. Jaffa, though, feels guilty about taking the money one evening and ends up drinking more alcohol than he is allowed to and gives Tej a scare by jumping off the top floor of the studio. Jaffa barely had a childhood, and that’s why his conflicts are legitimate about whether to consider the money something he deserves or is it a blood money. His constant conflicts force him to take the money, hoping it will help him reduce the pain of the past, but he spirals briefly. He can only hope it will help him build a future for himself without the help of his brothers and father.

Prince Reddy, Rana’s oldest and biggest client, has a hand in the killing of the woman for which Naga was sent to jail. Prince, though, is in a relationship with his makeup artist, Chandni. Prince and Chandni love each other, but right now, he is in trouble because of her. Prince asks Rana to sort the girl out because she is threatening to leak a compromising video of theirs if he doesn’t help her financially. Rana and Lara confront the woman and provide her with an initial amount to stay quiet, but she is approached by a gossip website to expose the man himself, Rana. She is conflicted about whether to believe Rana or take the tell-all offer. Rana finally gives the girl an apartment and the money she needs. She finally ditches the idea of speaking to the gossip website. Rana, knowing the person he is dealing with, makes sure to provide exactly what they are looking for. Rana cannot afford to lose Prince to a woman who will go to any extent to make a quick buck. Chandni finally gets what she wants, and there is an unsaid agreement that she will stay away from Prince from now on and not bother him. Rana makes sure to find a solution to all the problems put forth by his clients in a way that will not make much noise in the public.
